A FANTASTIC stay until late at night. Its location is great and incredible not far from Mirano. - Pam in the next town as well as public transport. - It's 3 km from Bosco Parauro. Plus, there's a Pam store nearby, as well as convenient access to public transport. the hotel is only 3 km away from Bosco Parauro.

The hotel was reasonably spacious, with amicable and superbly friendly staff and perfect location near the train station. The superior queen room I got was included with added comfort, the cupboards and the garden. Location: the venue was next to Mirano, an excellent restaurant in front of the street and the centre. Everything here was good, I will be back.

The breakfast of this place was very good and delicious with the usual cereal, truly enjoyed it.

The people were incredibly kind and exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed the triple room. - I got to indulge in delicious breakfasts with always fresh fruits, cereal, and yummy croissants.

Hotel was well situated for trips into Venice. The breakfast was very good. The pool complex was one of the best we had used.

The Villa Giustinian is a delightful accomodation 30-40 minutes from Venice, and an easy walk to the center of Mirano. The grounds are very well maintained. The rooms are very nicely appointed with antique furniture, and quite comfortable in every aspect. The swimming pool is great on a hot afternoon -- wonderful! The Hotel Staff are first-rate -- helpful and gracious in every aspect a guest might request. Ours was a wonderful stay. We would stay there again on future visits, and would absolutely recommend this Hotel to others. Nicely done Villa Giustinian! Thanks!

Thanks very much for a fantastic stay until late at night. the superior queen room is cheap and has a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and a work desk. - the location is quiet and perfect, close to the restaurant, a nice big green private park, very pleasant and calm on the outskirts of Mirano. the place was quiet - the park with all plants around the buildings wonderful - bus stop opposite the villa is very comfortable - wonderful breakfast!!! and the staff is really friendly and helpful all the time -

I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with cereal, stayed in a modern double room overlooking the garden, and appreciated the tranquil location close to a Pam store in the nearby town and Venice.

I like the natyre around the hotel and the maintenance of swimming pool was exellent

Excellent reception, friendly staff and good breakfast. Well located to visit Venice. Stayed there for a few days before boarding cruise ship in Venice. Lovely peaceful surroundings.

The airconditionoing is useless, but there are big windows which allow enough breeze in to make it comfortable.
